This past week has seen a new scope of works being undertaken by ISS Facility Services in Melbourne.
Together with the joint operation of Ionic Systems Australia, has seen a new direction in the way that the facility management companies will undertake window cleaning at major venues. With the understanding, product knowledge, and training that is given with our packages Gordon said we give the ability for all companies that have limited experience the ability to carry out all there window cleaning up to six stories under the companies own structure.
Programs like these gives Facility Management Companies like ISS Services the ability to increase customer satisfaction, with more frequent cleaning at a lower base cost structure when done in-house.
The training involves classroom presentations, giving operator the knowledge and skill sets to clean windows with water fed pole equipment to heights of 20 meters from the safety of the ground.
